The Mission

The Texans For Legalized Gaming Association is committed to educating Texans about the benefits of legalized Gaming and encouraging passage of new legislation to allow Gaming in Texas.

Texans For Legalized Gaming generates high-quality, accessible information, databases, and analysis on issues of Gaming legislation and economic benefits of gaming businesses to Texans. Unites Texans to make an organized effort to pass legislation that will further legalize gambling in Texas. Communicates news, strategies, legislative updates and status of the campaign to Texas citizens, policymakers, using a combination of digital, electronic, and print media. Educates, engages, and empowers citizens with the tools and skills they need to hold their legislators and other government leaders accountable. Organizes and supports other initiatives that are supportive of its values, mission, and standards to passing favorable legislation for legalized gaming. Dedicated to remain independent by building a strong and sustainable financial base of support, including a committed members, directors, individuals, corporations and foundations.

The Texans for Legalized Gaming is grass roots organization wholly supported by donations. The corporation is a Texas Not for Profit Corporation and has applied for IRS status as a 501( C)(4) corporation. Texans For Legalized Gaming does not support one gambling industry entity over another it is independent and solely for Texas Citizens right to choose how to spend their money on entertainment of legalized Gambling.
